The garlic and herbs cream cheese is full of flavour and a great and lighter alternative to the traditional mayo-based dressing.

Divide the broccoli into smaller florets. Drop the florets in boiling water and leave in for just 20-30 seconds, then drain. Place the broccoli in a big bowl and add the cream cheese while still hot.
Fry the pine nuts until golden. Cut the bacon into smaller pieces and fry it in a hot pan.
Finely chop the red onion and mix in with the broccoli. Add the raisins and the fried bacon bits. Season the salad with salt and pepper, top with pine nuts, fresh dill and serve.
