Pour the olive oil into an oven pan. Add whole cherry tomatoes, thyme branches, chopped garlic and chili along with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix ingredients with oil.
Make room for cheese in the middle of the pan and put the cheese in. Bake in 220 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until the cheese is slightly browned.
Boil pasta according to instructions. When done, break the cheese structure and mix the pan contents into the pasta. Garnish with fresh thyme. Baked Apetina pasta is ready!
