Greek Salad

  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 200 g Apetina® Classic Block
  • 0.5 pot of fresh oregano
  • 1.5 dl kalamata olives
  • 0.5 dl olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • a pinch of black pepper


Adding fresh oregano gives an even more characteristic Greek salad.


Serve with a piece of grilled meat.

Sometimes simplicity just does it. This fresh and classic greek salad is a great accompaniment for most dishes.

Peel and slice the onion. Cut the cucumber and tomatoes in pieces. Break the cheese into pieces. Pick the leaves from the oregano. Mix oil and vinegar into a dressing. Layer the onion, cucumber , tomato, olives and cheese on a serving platter. Drizzle with dressing. Finally sprinkle with fresh oregano and black pepper.
