Heat a non-stick frying pan, at a moderate and add the oil. When hot fry the Paneer pieces for 2-3 min. tossing from time to time to make sure it’s fried on all sides. Add the butter and any leftover spices and fry for a few min. more, still tossing from time to time.Bowl:
Prepare all the vegetables and arrange in a bowl. Finish off with the paneer cubes.Marinade:
Stir together until well-combined. Drizzle some dressing on the salad, and serve the remaining on the side.
