Cut the grilling cheese into cubes (approximately 2x2 cm).
Place the cheese cubes on a skewer with the watermelon cubes.
Brush the watermelon and grilling cheese with oil.
Grill the skewers at high heat for approximately 2 minutes on each side.
Place skewers on a serving platter, sprinkle lemon zest and juice over it.
Add salt and pepper, garnish with basil.
