The flavour and deliciously sticky looking appearance come from your chosen bottle. Yes, you are allowed to turn to store bought sauces this time! I love the smokey BBQ sauce myself, but you can just as well choose your favourite hot wings sauce or something oriental for example, teriyaki or hoi sin. Can’t decide? Just flavour your wings half and half with two sauces. But at the end of the day, it all comes down to the dipping sauce. It hast to offer lots of flavour and smooth creaminess to ease the spices. Lemon & cheese dipping sauce is perfect. Use marinated cubes and give a bit of extra boost with fresh lemon zest and garlic.
