Burger with Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 head of salad
  • 4 small burger buns e.g. brioche buns
  • 100g bell peppers
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 avocados sliced thinly
  • 100 g pickled red onions
  • 200 g Apetina® Grilling Cheese

Turn on your grill/grilling pan and let it reach a high heat.

Cut the burger buns and toast them on both sides.

Place lettuce, grilled peppers, mayonnaise, avocado and pickled red onion on the buns.

Slice the cheese into 4 slices and grill them for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.

Place the grilled cheese on the buns, assemble the burgers and they are ready for serving.
