The red pepper and chill cheese cubes add a kick to the salat which balances the sweetness of the watermelon perfectly.


Serve with your preferred grilled meat or fish.

Try this fresh, sweet and spicy salad as a side for your BBQ dinner or as a part of the summer buffet.

Cut the melon, tomatoes and cucumber in bite sized cubes. Peel and thinly slice the red onion. Mix the cheese with the veggies. In a small bowl mix oil, lime zest, juice and salt in to a dressing. Pour the dressing on the salad and sprinkle with fresh coriander just before serving.
