Serving suggestion: Split the salad into two bowls and serve with extra lime and a sprinkle of sesame on top. A delicious salad you can have on the go as well as at home.
Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and sprinkle with the curry powder and salt. Heat the coconut oil on the pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
Cook the pasta according to instructions in lightly salted water. Pour the pasta in a sieve and pour some cold water over it. Shake off the water.
Mix the pasta with the lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and then the rest of the ingre-dients, saving a bit of the cheese for topping. Arrange the salad in two bowls, top with the chicken, sesame seeds, leftover cheese and lime wedges.
