Paneer Skewers


  • 1 pack, 225 g Apetina® Paneer halved length wise and cut into 12 cubes, approx. 2,5 x 2,5 cm
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin seeds
  • 0.5 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper

Tasty vegetarian skewers with marinated paneer cheese and mixed vegetables.


Toast and grind spices. Mix with oil and marinate the Paneer. Arrange the Paneer on skewers and fry 1,5-2 min. on each side.
