Cut the apples into small cubes and place them in a large bowl. Chop the onion and garlic very finely and add to the diced apple. Slice the chili in very thin rings and add to the bowl. Shred the zest of the lime onto the mixture and then squeeze the juice of the lime on top. Add the olive oil and sesame oil and gently toss the salad. Roughly cut the English parsley and add it together with the sesame seeds to the bowl. Rinse the blackberries and add to the salad together with the soy sauce. Drain the fresh mozzarella and flake into bite size pieces (approx. 12 / ball) before adding the pieces to the salad. Toss everything gently and allow it to rest in a cool place for 10 min.
