Play around with the fillings to find your favourite. You may try sundried tomato and pine nuts.
Serve with a good olive oil and/or your favourite dipping sauce.
Combine the plain flour, dry yeast and salt and stir in the water until you have a sticky dough. Let rise until doubled in size, 1-2 timer. Scrape the dough out onto a roasting pan lined with parchment and let rise for an additional 30 min. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped garlic, olives and feta. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200-225°C until golden, approx. 30 min.
