Add cream cheese to the batter for the characteristic, dense brownie texture without using any butter.
Decorate the brownie squares with fresh fruit such as strawberries.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Toss in the cream cheese and melted chocolate. Sift together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt and fold into the egg mixture along with the walnuts. Line a baking tray approx. 20-25 cm with grease proof paper and bake at 180°C for 20-25 min.
Meanwhile make the topping by whipping all ingredients together in a bowl. Decorate the brownie with the cream cheese topping and cut them in squares (16-20 pieces).
