Apetina® Paneer Fajitas

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 450 g Apetina® Paneer , cut into thick strips
  • 2 red peppers , cored and sliced
  • 2 yellow peppers , cored and sliced
  • 1 red onion , peeled and sliced
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic , peeled and finely minced
  • 20 g fresh coriander , roughly chopped
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 guacamole
  • 1 sour cream
  • 2 fresh limes

Mixing chili powder, paprika, cumin, coriander and oregano ensures fajitas with lots of flavor. Add some Apetina® Panner, and you have a flavorful, vegetarian crowdpleaser!

Mix all the ingredients for the fajita seasoning and set aside. Put the Apetina® Paneer and vegetables into a large bowl. Mix in the seasoning and the juice of one lime juice. Heat a large pan and add half the vegetable oil and the garlic. Add half the Apetina® Paneer and vegetable mixture into the pan and cook for five minutes or until golden. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add the remaining oil and cook the remaining Apetina® Paneer and vegetables for 5 minutes or until cooked and golden. Replace the first batch of Apetina® and add vegetables into the pan and heat everything through for one minute.


Serve in tortilla bread with a dollop of sour cream, guacamole, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
