Summer aperitif with white cheese and olives

The Apetina cubes with green olives and garlic create a combination of salty and herbal flavours for the perfect aperitif


Add 1 tbsp of chopped fresh chives to the cubes for an extra fresh and crispy bite

Kick start your BBQ with some fresh, white cheese cubes, olives and ham


Pre-heat the oven to 180*C Slice the bread very thinly and brush with olive oil Sprinkle with a bit of salt and bake until golden brown (8 – 10 min. at 180*C)

Chop the selected meats into bitesize chunks Place the Apetina cubes in a bowl
