Paneer skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 pack 225 g Apetina® Paneer halved length wise and cut into 12 cubes, approx. 2,5 x 2,5 cm.
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin seeds
  • 0.5 tsp chilli powder
  • 0.5 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper

Twist

Vary the veggies according to the season for a different taste experience each time.

Serving

Serve with naan bread, dip and rice for a filling vegetarian meal.

Tasty vegetarian skewers with marinated paneer cheese and mixed vegetables.

Instructions:

Toast and grind the spices. Mix them with oil and and then marinate the paneer cubes. Arrange the paneer on skewers mixed with vegetables and fry 1,5-2 min. on each side, until the veggies are tender and the cheese golden.
