Arrange the salad on a plate and finalize the salad with the walnuts and chives
Cut the figs and plums in two and roast them on the grill for approx. 2 min. Wash the lambs lettuce and add it to a bowl together with the figs and plums. Separate the white cheese cubes from the brine and toss them together with the mustard into the salad. Roughly chop the walnuts before adding to the salad. Finely chop the chives and finish the dish.
