Start by making your guacamole base. Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice, lime juice, salt and cilantro. Add the red onion and tomato and mix again. Prepare your toppings by roasting corn, frying the bacon and cutting up the jalapenos.
Top the guacamole base with chopped bacon, charred corn, jalapeño and crumbled Queso Fresco.
