Fully loaded guacamole

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • Juice of 0.5 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp cilantro , finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 large tomato , seeded and diced
  • 0.5 red onion , finely chopped


  • 4 pieces of bacon , cooked and chopped
  • 1 ear of corn , grilled
  • 1 jalapeno , roasted or grilled
  • 0.5 pack of Apetina® Queso Fresco


Play around with the toppings, and add additional cheese types or different fruits and veggies.


Serve with chips, veggies or eat straight up with a spoon.

Guacamole just reached a whole new level with this fully loaded version topped with bacon, corn, jalapeno and queso fresco. As if guacamole wasn't good enough already!

Start by making your guacamole base. Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice, lime juice, salt and cilantro. Add the red onion and tomato and mix again. Prepare your toppings by roasting corn, frying the bacon and cutting up the jalapenos.

Top the guacamole base with chopped bacon, charred corn, jalapeño and crumbled Queso Fresco.
