Finely dice the cucumber and tomatoes and place them in a large bowl Chop the red onion very finely and add to the vegetables Roughly chop the herbs and add to the bowl Roast the pine kernels in a hot pan until they are a light brown and put to one side Add the cheese cubes with the herbal oil to the vegetables and toss Now add the couscous and toss the mixture Garnish the tabouleh with the pine kernels Finally season to taste with black pepper
